Bartlett Residential and Mixed Use Levels

This 140,000 sf, 5 storey, 129 unit independent senior’s living building includes 1
level of underground parking, medical offices and pharmacy on lower level as well
as bistro and amenity spaces on the ground floor.
This project It is a poured concrete structure with masonry and EIFS exterior, and
aluminum windows & doors. Interior finishes include ceramic tile, carpet tile,
luxury vinyl plank flooring, paint, wall coverings, custom millwork, quartz counter
tops, etc.
This project was completed in Spring 2021!
