A new 5 storey affordable housing building with 24 units and a total of
approximately 25,000sf.
J.J. McGuire is providing Construction Management services during the preconstruction
phase, tendering and awarding contracts on behalf of the owner.
During construction J.J. McGuire will be the general contractor providing all
required sub-trades and services; architectural, mechanical, electrical and civil
work to construct the 24 unit project.
