TTC Coxwell Station Renovation

An accessibility and infrastructure upgrade to the existing Coxwell TTC Station, the project involved the addition of two new elevators, a new bus loop with updated pavement and lighting, power-operated doors, and new station signage. The work was carried out within an operational transit facility in an established residential neighbourhood, presenting significant site constraints throughout construction.

J.J. McGuire worked closely with the TTC and neighbouring homeowners to navigate the restricted site conditions, completing the full scope of work on time and on budget while maintaining professional standards and minimizing disruption to the surrounding community.
