This 4 storey retirement residence in the Town of Port Perry is a new state of the art 100 unit facility which incorporates single
and double suites, a doctor’s office and nurses stations, a library, lounge, salon/barber shop, exercise room. Chapel, games
room, coffee shop, auditorium, and full dining hall complete with kitchen facilities.
J. J. McGuire self performed all concrete work for this poured, reinforced concrete structure which is approximately
25,000sf/floor.
