Oak Ridges Hospice of Durham Region

Construction is nearing completion of the new Hospice Care Centre located at 1722 Scugog Street in beautiful Port Perry. Geographically located in the centre of Durham Region, the hospice home will be easily accessible for people from across the entire region. This house will be a warm & welcoming place where patients can share precious final days together with their loved ones. The 12,500 sq. ft. building will include ten private and spacious bedrooms (8 operational and 2 for future expansion) equipped with en suite washroom, electric bed, and home-like furnishings & decor. Resident rooms will feature large windows overlooking the surrounding gardens & patios along with plenty of space for family & friends to sit, visit and even stay overnight.
