Marigold Hospice Care

Marigold Hospice Care, located in Clarington, ON, is a home-like hospice residence for individuals living with a life-limiting illness. The new-build facility, completed in 2025, includes 10 patient spaces, a large lobby, kitchen and sitting area, quiet room, spa room and more.

As Construction Manager, J.J. McGuire worked with the client and design team from the earliest stages of the project to develop control budgets and pricing to align with funding, critical-path schedules, design-assist input, logistics planning for the constrained site, and early planning for site works required.
