Durham College Oshawa Gordon Willey C-Wing Renovations

A ground floor renovation of the C-Wing at Durham College’s Gordon Willey Building in Oshawa, the project modernized both academic and administrative spaces across the facility. Lab spaces received new mechanical upgrades, lighting, ceiling systems, and dedicated data and communications infrastructure. Staff offices and common areas were refreshed with new flooring, painting, and new doors throughout. The College auditorium underwent a complete renovation, including new lighting, mechanical upgrades, epoxy flooring, new seating, and full repainting, transforming the space into a fully updated venue for the campus community.

J.J. McGuire was engaged to deliver the full renovation scope, coordinating all trades across the ground floor while working within the constraints of an active post-secondary campus to complete the project on schedule with minimal disruption to College operations.
